A lot of what we clean in Prosper is 4,000 sq ft and up — Windsong Ranch, Star Trail, Whitley Place. At that size, a single cleaner spread across two days does worse work than a crew doing it in one pass, so we schedule accordingly and quote by crew hours rather than a flat per-room rate.
