Acceptance of terms

By using the Stonebriar Cleaning website, requesting a quote, or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Stonebriar Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Frisco, TX area and surrounding North Dallas communities. The specific services, scope, and price are agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.

Quotes & pricing

Online estimates are non-binding ballparks based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed before service begins. Additional charges may apply for unusually heavy soiling, hoarding-level conditions, biohazards, or scope changes added on the day of service.

Booking, scheduling & access

You are responsible for providing accurate address details and arranging entry to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee of up to $50 may apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price to compensate the assigned team.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the original scope of work; it does not cover items not included in your booked service.

Damage & liability

Stonebriar Cleaning is bonded and insured. If our team causes accidental damage during service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can document and resolve the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured, fragile, or of high sentimental or monetary value that were not disclosed in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Non-solicitation

Our team members are valuable to us. You agree not to directly hire any current or former Stonebriar Cleaning team member for cleaning services outside of Stonebriar Cleaning for a period of 12 months following their last service at your property without our written consent.

SMS messaging program

Program description & use cases. Inhindsights LLC DBA Stonebriar Cleaning operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who provide their phone number through our quote form or verbally to our staff. Messages sent under this program include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, service reminders, and customer-care updates related to residential and commercial cleaning services. This is a transactional and customer-care program, not a marketing or promotional SMS program. Message frequency varies based on your activity (quote requests, bookings, and reminders).

Instructions to opt out — Text STOP. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any of our messages. After you text STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in. For help, text HELP to any message.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received under this program, depending on your mobile plan. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan and any associated charges.

Carrier liability disclaimer. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, blocked, or undelivered messages. Inhindsights LLC DBA Stonebriar Cleaning is also not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or by factors outside our reasonable control.

Age restriction (18+). You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to or use this SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
